Context

Household-name education brand with product line scaling from ~$2M revenue toward aggressive growth. Telemetry inconsistent across properties; exec reporting fragmented. The systems that worked early were not scaling with the business.

Problem

  • Established a unified KPI framework and event conventions across properties.
  • Standardized executive dashboards; aligned product analytics with BI.
  • Piloted a revamped event model and North Sta Metrics that fit changing business needs.
  • Set governance: quarterly KPI plan, release measurement, ownership & review rituals.

Outcome

Analytics program evolved with the business instead of lagging behind. The team is able to trust the data and make decisions faster. The core organization looks to us for data and analytics leadership.
