How I Work
Four steps to turn noise into signal—and keep it that way.
Interview
Align on KPIs, goals, and flows. Understand what success looks like and where the current gaps are.
Instrument
Name events clearly; ship with QA; own definitions. Everyone agrees on what metrics mean.
Ship
Dashboards used by PMs and execs; measure releases. Truth that holds up in the room.
Steward
Maintain signal quality; plan the next move. Keep decision velocity high over time.
Cadence & requirements
Weekly or fortnightly touchpoints
Regular check-ins to review progress, unblock issues, and adjust priorities as needed.
Async-first communication
Most work happens in docs, Slack, or your project tracker. Meetings only when they add value.
Clear decision owner
One person who can sign off on KPI definitions, priorities, and trade-offs.
Tool access
Read access for Diagnostic; write access during Build. I work with your existing stack.
Engineering capacity (for Builds)
~0.25–0.5 FTE engineering support during Spine Build sprints to implement instrumentation.
Deliverables you keep
All documentation, code, and frameworks are yours to own and evolve. No proprietary tools or lock-in.
