Services
Gold Street Software provides product analytics consulting, implementation, and fractional leadership services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.
Engagement Terms
Fixed-price engagements (Diagnostic, Build Sprints, AI Pilots) are governed by a Statement of Work. Fractional Steward arrangements are month-to-month with 30 days notice for changes or cancellation.
Deliverables
All documentation, code, schemas, and frameworks created during an engagement belong to the client. No proprietary tools or ongoing licensing fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Case studies are anonymized and representative metrics are used with client permission.
